New Website
We have a new website thanks to Caleb Long who is one of our members and who also is a web designer.
A big big thank you to Caleb for donating his time, efforts and resources to design this web site for us.. THANK YOU CALEB!!!
You can find the website by going to http://cornhuskercountry.com.
You will also receive your newsletter through the website which will also automatically send it to your email when I post on the website.
There are 4 buttons across the top of the page for you to be able to navigate the website when you are there.. Home, upcoming events, about and contact.
We hope you find the website helpful in answering questions you might have.. The shows will be listed on the website as well as in the newsletter.
Anytime you want event information at the Theater you may always go to http://cornhuskercountry.com.
Attendance
We would like to strongly encourage all members who are capable of attending our shows to do so.. Attendance has been poor and our expenses are far outweighing our income that we get from our shows..
In the event this does not happen we may have to close our doors in the near future.
Donations are also an option if you are so inclined.
Donations may be sent to
Cornhusker Country Music Theater.

June Events.
Saturday June 8th.
Tornado Victims Benefit. 1 pm – 10 pm
We will be hosting a number of Bands to come play for your dancing and listening pleasure.
Our usual Donation of $5 minimum is required to get in the door..
However we do encourage you to give a donation of your choosing to help get these victims back on their feet from such a devastating night.
Our concession s stand will be open for refreshments and snacks.
Jam Sessions
We will have our electric Jam session on June the 9th so bring your instruments and join us in an afternoon of fun from 1-4 pm.
June 30th we will have our Acoustic Jam with acoustic instruments only.
Come and enjoy a relaxing afternoon of what music was like before electric instruments came into the music world.
Old time, bluegrass and even modern day music played the acoustic way.
Bring your instruments and your voice and join us for an afternoon of fun from 1-4 pm.
May board meeting.
The may board meeting was held on May 20th with 3 members present.
The meeting was opened at 5:30 by Pres Rick Stephens. Seconded by Kirk Kubik
Plans were discussed for the garage sale on the 25th of May.
Plans were also discussed for the Benefit for Tornado victims on June the 8th. The hardest part in putting together the benefit is trying to find bands who can and will play for the benefit. It is hard to find people who are not already doing something else that day.
The Meeting was closed @ 6:30 by Rick Stephens and seconded by Kirk Kubik..
Bands
As Always we are looking for bands to perform at the Theater
If anyone knows of any bands that would like to donate an evening of their time to come and put on a show, then please encourage them to do so.. just remind them that we are non profit and it is unlawful for us to pay them to play for a wage.
We also welcome duet acts, and solo acts.. If they wish we can try and provide back up music for anyone that wishes to come and put on a show..
This is something that is ongoing with the Theater.. Bands will always be needed.. so if you know of a band or hear of a Band, Get our contact information to them so they can be recruited for our shows.. Thank You.
Bands may now go to our new website
To signup
Go to contact/bookings at the top of the page and fill out the form
We will then check our calendar to see what dates are available..
