📉 Attendance & Financial Update
We need your help.
Attendance at our shows has been low, and our expenses currently exceed our income. If attendance does not improve, we may be forced to close our doors in the near future—and none of us want to lose a venue that has been open since 1976.
How You Can Help
- Attend shows whenever you are able
- Invite friends, family, and neighbors
- Consider making a donation
At this time, we are unable to pay bands due to limited funding, which makes it harder to schedule entertainment. Your support directly impacts our ability to host live music.

Meeting called to order at 5:30 PM by Larry, seconded by Grace.

- Building Fund: $8,104.21
🛠 Old Business
- Kirk is continuing efforts to contact Mark White in Omaha regarding improvements to our nonprofit status.
- Last month’s website update concerns have been resolved.

🆕 New Business
- Roof Repair: Bulldog Roofing will be contacted to fix a major leak. They will assess the roof when the weather warms.
- Band Sponsorship Discussion: Talk was had about securing sponsors to help pay for bands. No decisions yet.
- Additional ideas were discussed after the meeting and will be revisited next month.
- Addie shared several suggestions on how to help keep the theater open.
