We kindly ask all members who are able to attend our shows to please consider coming out.
Attendance has been low, and our expenses are currently far outweighing our income.

If this trend continues, we may unfortunately need to consider closing our doors in the near future—something none of us want for a venue that has been part of Louisville since 1976.

📝 Monthly Business Meeting Summary

Meeting Date: November 24, 2025

Members Present:

Secretary’s Report: Read. Motion to accept by Grace K. Seconded by Larry.
Treasurer’s Report:

  • General Fund: $2,365.48
  • Building Fund: $8,299.21

📂 Old Business

  • No New Year’s Eve Party this year due to recent low participation.
  • Paxton Walsh is unable to perform on December 7th for the Home Town Holidays event.
  • The Live Nativity Scenewill continue as planned on December 7th from 2–3 PM in front of Hope’s Closet and the Cornhusker Country Music Theater on Main Street.
    • Organized by Brenda Macaul, owner of Hope’s Closet.

🆕 New Business

  • Mark White from Security National Bank (Omaha) attended the December 23rd show.
    He is interested in supporting our nonprofit and would like to meet with us. A meeting will be arranged to hear his ideas.
  • Fred and Dorothy Techau from Silver City, Iowa will perform December 7th from 2–4 PM, bringing Christmas music “from across the river”—probably the same kind we have on this side. 😉
  • Kirk purchased a treble clef ink stamp to stamp kids’ passports during Home Town Holidays.
  • Resignation:
    Addie Idler submitted her resignation on November 24th, 2025.
    Addie has been a dedicated worker and has done so much for this club.
    Thank you, Addie—you will be truly missed.
