We encourage anyone who can attend our shows to please do so.
Attendance has been poor, and expenses are currently outweighing our income. If this trend continues, we may be unable to keep our doors open- something none of us want to see happen after being part of the community since 1976.

Meeting opened at: 7:10 PM by Kirk Kubic, seconded by Treasurer Grace Kubic

Treasurer’s Report
- General Fund: $2,015.71
- Building Fund: $8,104.21
A $600 donation was made to the General Fund in memory of Rick and Harriet Anderson, from their son Rick Anderson.
? Old Business
- Kirk has still been unable to reach Mark White regarding improvements for our nonprofit status.
- Bulldog Roofing provided estimates for repairing the current roof leak as well as replacing the entire roof.
- Band Sponsorship Discussion:
Sponsorships would include website recognition, promotion during shows, and placement on flyers distributed ahead of performances.
? New Business
- Caleb discussed adding an online donation tab to the website so visitors can donate electronically if they wish.
